    This is a recent post on my personal blog that I thought I'd share with everyone here. While it is not specifically about working online, I think a lot of the information tends more directed toward working online, especially given my current hunt. I hope you it's informational, and if not that, than it least a good conversation piece. Enjoy.

    The modern job search market is a ?contact by e-mail? market. My primary concern with this new paradigm is the necessity to compete with a plethora of auto-responder bots and e-mail harvesters. In the good old days before craigslist, monster, and comparable jobsites, you called around or visited locations that you thought might provide gainful employment, and they gave you an application, which you filled out. This was costly for companies and time consuming for potential workers, But it had an upside: you never had to worry about, as a company, receiving an application from a robot manufactured by a job placement agency to gather more information about the job in question or by another business that was attempting to market their specific service to your business. As a potential employee, it meant that you never had to worry about being mistaken for said robot and turned away despite your perfectly calculated resume and exquisitely packaged skill set.

    In the words of Bob Dylan, "These times, they are a changin'". Today, that perfect resume can cost you. Businesses live by the same creed that everyone has to in the information age: "If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is." So, a great deal of really qualified people with a dry tone of voice get filtered out as spam. This is especially true in fields where dry writing sounds as mechanical as it is--so mechanical in fact, that a robot could do it--and many mail-bots do. If you're curious, take a stroll through Craigslist these days; respond to an ad if you dare. The line between human and robot is blending, at least in the manufactured image department. This goes for both businesses and would-be employees. In the old days, like I said, you could see who you were applying for and decide if they were reputable. Now everyone hides behind a random string of letters and numbers at Craigslist. No transparency for consumers or producers in the job market.

    A great deal can be said about this, and probably should be. It is probably worth owning a full website, or small free website, to send as a resume, as opposed to the old analog model of a one page letterhead. Even better, a portfolio of accomplishments and examples is an absolute necessity, even if you are still sticking to the one page resume model (like I am), and should absolutely be online (have I beat this to death yet?). To make yourself stand out in the information age, it may not be so much about making yourself seem more qualified as it is to make yourself seem more human. Humans are dynamic, and this dynamism leads to exceptional performance. If you want a job, don't just say you're dynamic--show it.

    The only people that this new curtain aids are those with something to hide, in my opinion. People seeking employment often get shuffled out of the mix by businesses working extra hard to avoid bots or shot down the rabbit hole chasing a lead provided by said bots. I know this isn't a net neutrality piece, but it is worth saying that the world needs a more transparent internet. I need a better way to contact employers (especially employers who don't post phone numbers or addresses or names of establishments). Employers need a better way to get in contact with me, their potential employee. And no, I haven't found a job yet. I'm a writer, teacher, scientist, mathematician, analyst, researcher, tutor, programmer, lecturer, and guest speaker. I'm a classic Renaissance man.     Making money from home does work as long as you have traffic to your site.Its just like opening a shop ofline how can you sell if nobody visit your shop or know that you have a shop.The same principles apply to making money from home.Your income depends on the no of traffics your site is getting.All the stuff like SEO,PR,List Building and so on is about getting traffics to your site.

    Work on the color scheme...the yellow on red wording in the header is really messing with my eyes.Make your opt in box stand out more. It blends in with the rest of the page and will be overlookedGet rid of the banner adds in the footers...it looks kinda unprofessional.You should also make the registration link standout more. Add some benefits for registration...try to build a community. and I agree a personal picture will add so to you conversion rate.hope that helps a bit.

No doubt they will said there lot of single mother having baby out of wedlock but they have to remember that a baby need a parents not only mother.By nature every kids needs a father and a mother but adult sites is taking this away from them. A kid , teenager or adults themselves watching a sex video on adults sex is actually watching his father and mother making love in front of them.Honestly you tell me Do you like that?
